Delete your IdeaMovie account

You can request deletion without installing or opening the app.

In the app

Open IdeaMovie, sign in, open the account menu, choose Delete account and confirm. Finish or stop any running creation first. If the option is unavailable in your installed version, use email above.

What happens

• We verify account ownership before deletion and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will explain any permitted delay.
• Account profile information, conversations, uploaded and generated media, saved voices and attribution data are removed. Service access is revoked when deletion starts; external cleanup is retried if temporarily unavailable.
• Necessary transaction, credit and refund records and irreversible identity digests remain only for reconciliation, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping obligations. They do not retain your creative media. Restricted backups may persist pending deletion or replacement.

Before you delete

Export work you want to keep. Deletion removes access to the workspace and remaining credits. Deleting the account does not cancel your app-store subscription. Cancel renewal separately through Google Play subscriptions or your Apple account. You can request deletion regardless of whether you have cancelled renewal. Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted.
