Terms of service

These terms govern your use of IdeaMovie, operated by OnlySearch AI LLC. Contact: support@onlysearch.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our privacy policy.

Using the service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into these terms. Keep access to your account secure. Upload and request processing only of material you own or have permission to use, including any voice, likeness, music or copyrighted material. Do not create illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive or infringing content, impersonate others without authorization, circumvent safeguards or interfere with the service.

Your content and AI output

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process it as necessary to fulfil your requests and operate the service. AI output can contain errors, may not be unique and may be subject to third-party rights. Review the result before use or publication. We do not guarantee copyright protection, clearance for every use, a particular creative result or uninterrupted availability. Report unsafe or infringing content in the app or by email.

Credits and subscriptions

AI creation consumes credits according to the service's applicable usage rates. Prices, included credits, billing periods and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Each paid plan includes its displayed allowance. Annual subscription credits are granted upfront; separately purchased credit packs do not expire. Subscription allowances follow the terms displayed for the applicable plan. Credits are service units, cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Subscriptions renew according to the app store's confirmation unless you cancel renewal there. Cancellation generally leaves the paid period active. Refunds and withdrawal rights follow applicable law and the store's verified decision; related credits and benefits may be adjusted to avoid duplicate reimbursement. Restore eligible purchases using the same store account. Creation charges and corrections are reconciled against server-side usage and transaction records.

Deletion and availability

You may request account deletion. Export any work you want to keep first. Account deletion removes access to your workspace and remaining credits, but does not itself cancel an app-store subscription. Manage renewal separately in the store. We may restrict use that violates these terms or threatens safety, and may change the service with notice where required.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or misuse of generated content. Contact us first about a problem so we can investigate. We will publish changes here and provide additional notice where required.
